What is your return policy?
We love that you have purchased from us, however You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
What are the payment options?
We accept Paypal payment, clearly, credit or debit card transactions via Wix payment and last of all we also offer a Bank transfer option! All of which are easy and safe options.
Do you sell gift cards?
Currently we do not offer gift cards, we hope to offer this service to you in the near future.
Shipping speed?
We aim to deliver national packages within 3-5 working days and international 3-10 working days. Currently all our parcels are being sent via Royal Mail signed for.
Donations?
Currently we are donating 10% of proceeds from clothing and 25% of music revenue proceeds. We increased our clothing donations from 5% and hopefully with your help we can raise it more and help preserve wildlife with more fundraising.
Refunds for digital items?
Unfortunately We cannot refund for any digital downloads whats so ever.
Who will be the shipping carrier?
This depends on where in the world you are, currently we are using Royal Mail for the majority of parcels.
