Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website. Product packaging may vary. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract
OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
Minor changes to the products. We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the product.
All our Products are made as ethically as possible in parts of Asia with future plans to possibly bring production closer to home (United Kingdom), using the best quality materials to achieve the perfect gift for you and your loved ones. They are made with 100% cotton, some may contain other materials such as for the prints etc. Our products can vary in sizing due to a change in manufacturer or different article of clothing. Not all of clothing is pre-shrunk so please check all care labels for the best outcome, for low shrink be sure to use low heat washes on all of our cotton products. See label for more.
Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:
We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
There is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control.You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
We are hugely grateful that people choose to make WILDZ XL Streetwear/wildlife-wear products and services a part of their journey and from time to time we may use pictures you have tagged us in or pictures using our hashtags such as #wildzxlstreetwear #bringingthejungletotheconcrete #wildzxlmusic #wildzxlwildlifewear and so on, on our website, social media platforms and within our catalogues.
Unless you notify us to the contrary we will assume that by tagging these images you are happy for us to share them via our website, social media platforms and in our catalogues. If you wish to notify us that you do not want us to use these images please contacts us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
UK: 2-3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)
Please note certain unforeseen circumstances may affect these delivery times.
Rest of the world: 30 working days (not including weekends and public holidays)

Again, parcels may need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery (at home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Please note that for all orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
